Good day to all the Philippines Basketball Association's fans . At last, the elimination round of the third conference is ended. We can now compute for the 2013 - 2014 PBA Rookie draft order. Which team do you think will win the rights to get the first PBA 2013 first round draft pick? Who are the qualified amateur basketball players today that can make it to the elite league? Names like Greg Slaughter and Ian Sanggalang are these year's top candidates.

As the Air 21 Express had an early exit in the final conference of this year's PBA, We can now compute for a possible draft order. Here is how we compute the draft order.
multiply their placings in each conferences:
1st conference= 40 percent
2nd conferece= 30 percent
3rd conference= 30 percent
9th place AFC x 40 percent= 3.6
9th place 2nd Conf. x 30 percent= 2.7
6th place 3rd Conf. x 30 percent= 1.8
10th place AFC x 40 percent= 4.0
10th place 2nd Conf. x 30 percent= 3.0
5th place 3rd Conf. x 30 percent= 1.5
8th place AFC x 40 percent= 3.2
8th place 2nd Conf. x 30 percent=2.4
10th place in 3rd Conf. x 30 percent= 3.0
AIR21 is the 1st pick, Global is 2nd pick & Barako is 3rd..

Ginebra has the rights of AIR21 1st pick,
San Mig Coffee has the rights of Global Port
Rain Or Shine has the rights of Barako
Air21 has 67 percent chance of getting 1st pick.
Global Port has 33 percent chance of getting 1st pick.....
There is a big chance that the crowd favorite Ginebra San Miguel will get the first pick, And San Mig Coffee Mixers for pick number 2.
